Returns are Free
If you are not completely satisfied with a Milagros de Mexico purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are free when you use a Merchandise Return label supplied by us. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process.
Returns are Easy
- When you return your purchase of an unopened product to MilagrosdeMexico.com by mail within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment for the price of the item(s).
- If we receive your item(s) within 61-90 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a Gift Card, eGift Certificate, or online store credit, you will receive a refund in the form of an online store credit for the item(s).
- Items received more than 90 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
- Products that were opened and used but were found to be dissatisfactory for any reason can be returned for a refund in the form of online store credit.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic, Fedex domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.

How to return an item by Mail:
- Fill and submit the return form online to obtain a pre-paid return label.
- Place the item into a shipping box.
- Tape the pre-paid return label on the outside of the box.
- Drop the box off at any FedEx location.
- You will receive confirmation of the return once the package is received at our facilities.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

How to return an item to a Milagros de Mexico Store
Visit any free standing Milagros de Mexico store to return your item(s).
- Please bring your Order Summary with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order.
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Amazon.com returns received within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card. Within 61-90 days of purchase date, you will receive a Milagros de Mexico online store credit.
Milagros de Mexico In-store Purchases
Milagros de Mexico in-store Purchases must be returned at a retail location. We do not accept mail returns for store merchandise.
Returned Purchase Confirmation email
When the warehouse has received your return and it is ready to be processed, you will be receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The e-mail contains the details of your return shipment as well as information about your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 30 days.
